ABOUT SUGARBRAS

SUGAR AND ETHANOL
The plant is located in agricultural areas that have high performance and potential.
These soils are the best of Brazil.
The geographical location is favourable, as there are no other plants of its kind in its area of influence, which ensures an increase in raw material to grow in their level of production.
The industrial plant is built on an elevation, with solid foundations and structures with appropriate size to grow as needed.
This industry main produces white sugar, natural sugar, raw sugar and organic sugar of different types and qualities.
As by-products or products derived from these crops are produced as waste molasses from sugar production (can be converted into alcohol or selling it directly, if organic has an interesting export price)
Ethanol production from grain burlanda is obtained, which is used as feed for its high protein content.
This versatility makes this plant an Agro-Industrial Complex very well prepared and organized can produce all year round.
Our Industrial Plant is structured according to areas of the Productive Process, each of which is well defined and have enough space for future capacity expansions.
These areas in the case of sugar cane are:
-Receiving, weighing and unloading of raw material.
-Preparation of sugar cane.
-Grinding and juice extraction.
-Preparation of juice.
-Evaporation of juice.
-Crystallization and centrifugation.
-Drying, weight and packaging.
-Generation of steam and energy.
-Power Generation.
SUGARBRAS plant has a Laboratory Quality Insurance, to control all stages of the process, the quality of the raw material is received and the final product.
With the current equipment, the plant can grind up to 45,000 tons of cane per day, produce 540 m3 of ethanol per day, producing between 4100 and 4500 tons of sugar a day.
These capabilities are feasible for expansion. The plant capacity grinder existing can be increased to the capacity to process 20.000,000 tons of cane per year.
This is a function of the quality of the raw material you have, so it is very important to ensure a sugar plantation evenly distributed in terms of varieties (early-morning, mid and late).
Just as the necessary cultural care and good planning of the harvest, both sugar cane and cereals.
Today there is a full property area of 75.500 hectares of planted sugar cane, available for production
